Be amazed: driving through Sweden's scenic Varmland, home to 10,000 lakes dotting the forested landscape; cruising the spectacular Sognefjord, Norway's longest fjord, and Naeroyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; witnessing Voringfoss, Norway's mightiest waterfall with water thundering down a 475-feet sheer drop; crossing the Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau, consider Europe's greatest plateau and the largest national park in the Nordic countries; and much more...

Cultural Treasures
Be intrigued by: Copenhagen's Little Mermaid statue and Tivoli Gardens, the world's second-oldest amusement park; Stockholm's City Hall, where the annual Nobel Prize banquet is held; Lillehammer's Maihaugen Open-Air Museum, where we learn about life in Norway over the past 500 years through a re-created rural town; and Oslo's Frogner Park, with Gustav Vigeland's 200+ bronze and granite sculptures. Savor our visits to: Hans Christian Andersen's childhood home in Odense; the Uppsala cathedral, where several coronations of Swedish monarchs took place; and Torpo's stave church, a wooden church erected in 1160.

Unique Experiences
Spend time at a Norwegian family farm and meet the family that has owned it for eight generations. While tasting their apple cider, hear about their history and how cider is made. Learn how one of Sweden's most famous handicraft and souvenir is created at the Nils Olsson’s Dala Horse workshop. Have your camera ready as we drive through Norway's beautiful landscapes to Stalheim for a stunning panoramic view over Naeroydalen Valley and enjoy coffee with a pastry. Sit back and enjoy the Flam Railway ride up one of the steepest rail lines in the world.
